Woke up at 10:30 (missed my first class)
Breakfast consisted of 2 eggs (with yolks), 1 smoothie (banana, strawberries, peaches, water, almonds, and shredded coconut), and a large cup of coffee (roughly 4 cups worth) with 2 sweeteners and 2 tbsp of coffee creamer (fat free Hazelnut).
Biked to class (roughly 1 km)
Went to class 12 to 3pm. Had 2 pieces of gum.
Biked home (roughly 1 km)
At home, made myself pumpkin spice tea with 2 sweeteners, and 2 wraps. Wraps were whole wheat large size, and consisted of spinach and mixed greens, chicken slices (4 on each), avocado, green pepper, red onion, chipotle lime salad dressing, and feta cheese.
I HAVE NOT REALLY HAD ANY WATER, which I know is bad. I really need to start drinking more water.
I am about to do 20 pushups, 20 situps, 1 plank, 20 squats, and 5 burpees. I will then be driving to Goodlife for 6:10pm, to do 15 minutes of cardio before BODY PUMP from 6:30 to 7:30. When I get back from the gym, I will be showering, having some frozen yogurt and more tea, finishing an assignment due, going for another bike ride, and then watching some TV before bed around 12pm.
Class is at 8am tomorrow, so I'll be up by 6:45, and biking there at 7:45.
