Day 6

Yeaaaah day 6! Almost 1 week and feeling good :) 

This was last night heading to my workout:

Today I went to bed at 3am, woke up at 11am. Had me some breakfast (this is it every day).

Just now had some salad and sweet potato fries for a lunch-dinner kinda thing.


When I go to babysit I will bring a green apple and a banana, along with some seeds and almonds:


I will probably babysit from 6-10ish, and when I come home I will get in my workout gear and head to the basement for some movie time while on my bike (30 minutes) and my elliptical (20 minutes)..

Right now I will be doing some pushups and crunches and squats and jumping jacks.
