Random Blurb Not Related to Fitness

Okay! So I really have a procrastination problem... I am going to sleep now, and plan to wake up at 8, have breakfast while watching Spongebob, and from 9am-11:30am straight work on my assignment.




 Documentation: Goals and Strengths
  • Identify Strengths (done just needs to be typed into sentences rather than bullets)
  • Needs (done just needs to be typed into sentences rather than bullets)
  • Goals (briefly created, just need to fill in with strategies and ensure they are SMART, and relate to the who, what, when, where, and how questions)
    It is 10% of my overall grade, so I hope it goes okay! :)

    I just seriously can't think tonight. Whatever.

    Sidenote: RANDOM HEADACHES. I seriously never get headaches, except for recently. Weird.
