Okay so since I am babysitting tonight from like 4:30-9 or 10, I may or may not make it to the gym. I think it is still 24 hours today so I might.
I plan to make a wrap for something to eat before I leave.
No... Not that kind! I plan to go for a bike ride when I get home, if it isn't too cold, and then go on the elliptical/bike that I own when I get home :)
Today I feel pretty sore in my legs and upper arms/shoulders.
But THIS IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR ME TO HAVE A 'DAY OFF'. Truth is I've had the past 6 years off.
SO YEAH!!! FEELING GOOD ABOUT TODAY.Will try to get in some squats/pushups/situps while babysitting.
