Day 2 (The Beginning/Thus Far)

Okay...

Well I was debating waking up to go to class, since I went to bed at 1:30 am, but I woke up at 7 am.

For breakfast I had 2 pieces of toast (honey and cheese whiz) and a smoothie (banana, strawberries, peaches, almonds, and coconut with water) and a cup of coffee (4 cups worth, 2 sweetener, 2 tbsp sweetener). Should be around 350 calories.



I watched NEW GIRL this morning, and it brightened up this dark morning... or that may have just been the sunrise... nonetheless!!!


I'm biking to class! It's still dark outside, and I'm not sure how I feel about the coldness... But meh. I might be a bit late at this point... Better than never!!!

I have class 8am-10am, and plan to go to Pita Pit for lunch, to get a spicy black bean pita with veggies and chipotle sauce with tzatsiki sauce. Should be around 450 calories, full of protein and low in calories!!!



When I get home I plan to nap and do some dishes/cleaning, then go back to class for Behaviour Disorders, followed by Body Pump at 5.


Tonight if I am feeling up to it, I will be recording some of my new music! Stay tuned for that!
