- Temptations: I get easily tempted by delicious things in my house. I really feel like I 'eat my feelings' sometimes, and this needs to stop. I have equated food with comfort. When I am chilling watching tv I need a snack or something, which is totally just a psychological pattern that needs to be nipped in the bud.
- Laziness: I feel like I could give a little bit more to my exercises, and push myself a bit more. I also need to get sleep in during proper hours. I find myself awake til 1 and 2 am, sometimes almost 3 am, which is not a good pattern for being in school, and for keeping my body regulated.
- Classes: I could probably go to more classes and expand my workouts. If I go to Body Pump and there is another class offered that day before or afterwards that I could totally go to, at least for half of it or something, timewise I should committ. I'm already there! Take a look aroundddd. Okay that got a little dramatic, but really. Even if I do an extra 15 minutes of cardio following or prior to my class, that's a potentially extra 150-200 calories burned in very little time.
- Habits: Some bad habits I have, choice-wise, I need to cut out pretty much completely.
- Food Regulation: This kind of goes with temptation, but is also just mostly about portion controls and being mindful of what I am eating and how it will affect my body. Things I said I was NOT going to eat, I have eaten (sugar, pudding, icecream, etc) and if I am serious about this, I need to cut it out!!!
- Following through: I am still working on the whole commitment aspect, and it will be a process for me for sure, but I need to work on the small things. Biking to class and back gives me that extra 2-4km potentially in a day. A 10 minute bike ride even around 1st-2nd street additionally is another 2-3km, and takes little to no time. I also need to keep up with my pushup/situp/squat/burpee/plank routine that I set for myself.
Stay tuned for the Week 2: Day 1 updates coming tomorrow!
Thank you for all the post views :) You guys keep me accountable!!!
