Week 2: Day 4

Woke up at 10 am. Got myself some delicious coffee and a smoothie for breakfast. Had a bit of nasi goreng rice for lunch.



Here is my progress so far... Ain't much, but I feel so good! 






Noticing some minor definition changes and inches lost. Less chin fat and face fat.

Had an apple and a sucker and one candy today. It's halloween after all.


I am heading to the gym for body pump 5:30-6:30, with 1/2 hour of cardio after!!!
